What a lovely breath of fresh air, or should I say music, after the crazy 12 Hr day I’ve just had. Strauss was just what this hopeless romantic needed to soothe the soul and calm the aching bod. I’m now looking forward to ‘exploring’ your delightful sight – I’ve searched for years for a lead in to the overwhelming world of classical music but until now the afficiandos who should have been able to guide me have been to anal leaving me with the usual ‘classical greatest hits’- thankyou
Ps When time permits I must tell you about Christine and my wonderful Sunday evenings at the Royal Albert Hall in London in the mid 70′s

As far as searching for “a lead” into the overwhelming world of Classical Music. It’s simple mate. Just pay your $20 a year and get to listen to EVERYTHING! on Naxos. Link on the right side.
